The Living Room is committed to improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and we strive to act ethically and with integrity in all of our business dealings and relationships to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or at any of our contractors. We shall also ensure our approach and stance is clear with our partner organisations.
Donations
We accept most donations of goods, but unfortunately cannot take video tapes, large white goods, kitchen knives or television sets. Take a look at the list here. Even if we cannot sell your items in our shops, we can recycle them for money, so even if you have very worn clothes to donate we welcome them! For larger donations please go to the back of the shops and ring the bell on the back gate.
