Free Support for Anyone Affected by Addiction in Hertfordshire
At The Living Room, we offer free group therapy for adults affected by addiction, as well as support for family members, partners, friends and carers—whatever stage of the journey their loved one is on.
Support That Fits You
Recovery isn’t the same for everyone, so we don’t put a time limit on how long you can stay with us.
You’ll be supported by experienced counsellors who understand recovery first-hand. Together, you’ll:
- set your own goals
- move at a pace that feels right for you
- build a plan that supports your long-term recovery
You’ll also have a dedicated Recovery Counsellor who will get to know you and support you throughout your journey.
Our Approach
We follow a programme that supports people to move towards abstinence (stopping addictive behaviours altogether), with the right support around them
Our focus is on helping you:
- build a stable, healthy routine
- reconnect with yourself and others
- create a life that feels meaningful and sustainable
If You’re Still Using Drugs, Alcohol or Compulsive Behaviours.
You don’t have to have everything sorted before reaching out.
If you’re still using drugs or alcohol, or struggling with compulsive behaviours, but want to move towards abstinence, we can help you take the next step. We’ll connect you with local services that can support you to reduce safely until you’re ready to join our programme.
